aCommerce Powering the Ecommerce Ecosystem
As the only full-service enabler that works with brands, retailers & marketplaces
aCommerce has been seeing exponential growth in its clientele of big brands and retailers over the two years since its birth. 130 clients across the spectrum: 46% retailers, 45% brands and 9% marketplaces in industries such as fashion, electronics, beauty and groceries each with different issues to solve:
- Brands – how to sell across multiple channels?
- Retailers/Marketplaces – how to handle massive order volumes and local reverse logistics?
Forrester Research Inc. reports that the full-service ecommerce solutions vendor landscape is diverse. Vendors tend to focus on only specific parts of the ecommerce stack, geography, or client industry. aCommerce, on the other hand, is in a unique position to power an entire ecommerce ecosystem by providing channel management solutions to help brands sell across multiple marketplaces and strong local operations to process large and dynamic order volumes.

According to the report, many firms are under extreme pressure to deliver on e-business results amidst increasing competition and a digitally sophisticated customer base. As a result, more firms are partnering up with full-service end-to-end ecommerce enablers to achieve their e-business goals.
Top reasons why companies partner with an ecommerce enabler:

- They lack internal resources
- They want to expand into new markets or launch new brands or product lines
- They struggle with aspects of eCommerce execution
- They have too many cooks in the kitchen
