After four years in a business & solutions development role with DHL Supply Chain Indonesia, I successfully doubled company’s revenue in the Technology and Spare Parts sector. At aCommerce, I’m aiming to contribute a fresh approach to current sales/business development. My first major initiative would be introducing standardized cost modeling for logistics services, as well as a ‘playbook’, which is an opportunity & risk assessment tool for new client engagement.”

“As a newcomer, I want to ensure that the company has optimized all basics. This includes working processes, mindset and attitude – to name a few. The company’s foundation is already strong but aCommerce is hungry to grow so I want to prepare the team for the rising demand. I’m excited to work with them.”

“My first initiatives would be bringing the current ground rule of distribution to a world class standard, both performance and punctuation of delivery. With the team, I’ll strive to increase the capability of the distribution department by combining aCommerce technology with common distribution best practices from my experience in the logistics industry. Specifically, I want to fine polish a standard operations procedure and leverage the network for our last mile management.”

A very warm welcome Arief, Indra and Philipus to the aTeam!
