aCommerce Celebrates its Milestone Fifth Anniversary

aCommerce kicked off its fifth-anniversary party across the region with 1,400 members of the #ateam recently. Founded in 2013, the company has come a long way to be the leading ecommerce enabler in Southeast Asia with a presence in five countries Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia, serving over 260 clients.

The celebrations coincided with our Group CEO and CO-Founder, Paul Srivorakul‘s birthday on August 16th. It was filled with surprises, fun activities, and a big feast. The #ateam from all the offices as well as fulfillment centers across the region gathered to participate in the milestone celebration. What is your favorite part about working at aCommerce? 

aCommerce is a fun company to work for – we have all the benefits of the start-up spirit with the stability and size of a big established company. Also, being in the heart of the ecommerce tornado is very exciting. What I learned when I joined one and a half year ago about the ecommerce landscape in Southeast Asia is almost obsolete now. Being able to live and adapt to all those changes makes working at this company everything but boring.

aCommerce Philippines Relocates to a Vibrant New Office

aCommerce has experienced strong growth in the Philippines since its expansion to the country in 2014. Outgrowing its first office located at Pasig City, the team moved to their new abode, centrally located at the SM Aura Premier Office Tower in BGC, Taguig City.

The new office was carefully selected to suit the needs of the employees providing a fitting environment with modern building facilities, proximity to other companies across different industries, as well as easy access to good food and transportation. There are a total of 99 employees with 87 people in the Philippines head office while the rest are in the operations team, based at the fulfillment center still located in Pasig City.
